Worked with Athem ( Blue Cross and Blue Shield) as Manager of Provider Communications until I retired in 2005, after 28 years of service. I thank them for funding my education at VCU, where I majored in Mass Communications.

Spent seven years on the road, part-time, as a stand-up comic but the road life got to be a little too much!

Best accomplishments: being married to Don for 44 years and still going strong, and my two boys, Blair and Scott. Now, the granddaughter's Samantha, and Avery are the love of our lives!
School Story:

The story I remember is the day "Fungus" reached for the upper two parts of my body! This was before IEP's and special classes were assigned to those with problems, which he clearly had! I ran into the girl's room on the second four and locked myself in a stall and he ran in the bathroom behind me and he started beating on the stall door. Then several guys came into the bathroom and dragged him out. All the girls ran out and I was humiliated! Thank God he wasn't in our class!
