I moved to KY (thats the state NOT the jelly!) over 25 years ago and have now moved back to Richmond to retire. I worked for Humana as Creative Brand Manager for 14 years and was laid off due to "workforce reduction". So I have decided to call it early retirement. Before I left Richmod I worked in the advertising world with Edelmann Scott, The Martin Agency and Earl Palmer Brown. I was also a whitewater raft guide on the James River for 9 years...loved it!
Last fall I was cast as a horse trainer in an upcoming movie about the KY Derby winner in 2009 and directed by Jim Wilson who directed "Dances with Wolves" and "The Bodyguard" so it should be a good movie. We will see if I am in a few scenes after it goes thru editing.
I am enjoying being back home and have caught up wiyh old friends I haven't seen in years. I bought a town home in Southampton area and I just found out that Sue Carlton (HHS '69) is almost my next door neighbor.

Rest in Peace Wylie. I remember from the day and he was a decent person all the way around. Very sorry to hear about his passing. I know it was a couple of years ago but I have not been on classmates or on site in while. I wish his family all the best and forward my utmost condolenses to his family and friends.

We couldn't have asked for a nicer, friendlier, more down-to-earth guy than Wylie Crawford. He wasn't really part of one group or another; he was everyone's pal. I'll miss you, buddy. I'm forever grateful to have had you as a friend.

Dear "Jack" Wylie, I sure am going to miss you!! Why did this happen to you!? You were so kind to everyone, you had loads of friends that adored you. As I recall, Wylie was part of a group of us who went through 12 years of school together, culminating with Huguenot in '68. He will be missed. His time on this earth ended much too soon.
